Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
- Electronics must include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
- Items purchased during flash deals or clearance sales are eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments, swimwear & intimate items
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products, gift cards & vouchers
- Products with broken seals (perfumes, health supplements)
- Products damaged by customer misuse
How to Return
- Go to My Account → Orders → Select Order → Request Return
- Choose reason for return and upload photos if applicable
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange the pickup at no extra cost
- If you shipped the product yourself, we will reimburse shipping
Refund Timeline
- bKash / Nagad: Refund within 3-5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: Refund within 7-10 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bKash within 3-5 business days
- Partial refunds may apply for products with accessories missing
