3. Product Information
We strive to display accurate product information including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SSLCommerz, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery. Payment must be completed before order processing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. Standard delivery within Dhaka is 1-2 business days; outside Dhaka is 3-5 business days. Orders over ৳5,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
6. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Some categories are non-returnable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Desher Bazar and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Desher Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
